You have the right to request deletion of your personal data in certain circumstances, such as when the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
You have the right to request restriction of processing of your personal data in certain circumstances, such as when you contest the accuracy of the data.
You have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format and to transmit it to another controller.

We may request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity before processing your request. This is a security measure to ensure that personal data is not disclosed to unauthorized persons.
As we are based in Canada, your personal data may be transferred to and processed in Canada. Canada has been recognized by the European Commission as providing adequate protection for personal data, which means your data is protected by standards comparable to those in the EU.

If you believe that your data protection rights have been violated, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in your country of residence, place of work, or the place of the alleged infringement.
